We chartered a party bus from the airport to the hotel. Everyone was too tired to take advantage of the karaoke machine onboard. Maybe next time! Huge thanks goes to EnEn who stepped up and skillfully negotiated the arrangements for the buses. Yang Laoshi had to stay back at the airport to take care of an issue and the driver who was waiting for us didn’t speak English. We couldn’t have done it without you.
Got all the rooms assigned at Hotel Fun. Everyone is hungry. Rather than go to bed let’s hit 7-11 for the ATM and then see what’s open. We stocked up on water and towels (hostel was out of them tonight and some kids were desperate for a shower) at the supermarket.
I know a few kids found some dumplings at a restaurant that was open late. Lincoln was the first to get bubble tea. That should keep him up late 🙂
It’s almost midnight and I think everyone is finally situated in their rooms. I should go to bed…but there’s amazing game shows on tv that I just cant stop watching.
In this episode they drive a party bus around the city, occasionally stopping for challenges. How about a large man attempting to kick two symbals in the air?
Or a man in a long wig attempting to coerce a large tarantula through an obstacle course?
